2 lbs chicken (I will use thighs or breasts, boneless or not just depends on what you have)
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Soy Sauce
1-2 T Chopped Garlic
1 C Water
Mix all the ingredients together except the chicken, in the crockpot, then add the chicken. I cook it on high for about 4 - 6 hours. The longer you cook the more the flavors have to marinate the chicken. De-bone the chicken before serving if you didn't use boneless chicken. I will usually serve this with rice and a veggie.
